Notice Of Sale
- Enter the description of Motor Vehicle, Mobile Home, Vessel, or Off- Highway vehicle like year of manufacturing, make, body type, model, color, title number, and identification number in the respective spaces.
- Then enter name and address of the purchaser.
- Continue by entering the date of sale and the total purchase price.
- The seller must enter date, address, and print name. Then sign the form. However, each seller must sign on a separate line in the case of co-sellers.
- The purchaser must enter date, address, and print name. Then sign the form. However, each purchaser must sign on a separate line in the case of co-buyers.
Bill Of Sale
- Complete section 1 and 3 as above and continue to section 2, Odometer Disclosure Statement in case you are preparing a bill of sale of a motor vehicle.
- Select odometer type and enter the reading.
- Then enter the date of recording the reading.
- Continue by selection if the odometer reading is actual mileage, in excess of mechanical limits, or not actual mileage.
