VR-181 or the Maryland Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale form is a legal instrument released by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration Department. Preparing this form is very important to establish the vehicle purchase price. The form has two spaces for notarization. However, use the second space only in case any additional party to the transaction is not present during the first notarization. Leave blank if not applicable.
