This notice could be issued in two modes either by hand delivery (if the tenant is unavailable then, it could be affixed on the door of the premises under possession by tenant) or sent by mail delivery system. If the tenant doesn’t quit the property or comply with the rules (Title 41 Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, Section 131 Delinquent Rent), then a legal case could be registered against the tenant by the landlord.
